Missed or Late Appointments
When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you! I never double book and I strive to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise, and show up for your appointment on time.
If you are late for your appointment, I may not be able to treat you for the full length, so your treatment may be cut short. As I was ready for your appointment on time, you will still be required to pay for the treatment as booked.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when we deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients who could also use that appointment time.
I get that sometimes life happens, work meetings come up, kids get sick, etc. so depending on the circumstance, I may waive the cancellation policy. THIS WILL BE AT MY DISCRETION.
That said, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment as booked.
Cancellations
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If for any reason I am unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail, send me a text message or send an email. If I fail to hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied. People who frequently miss their appointments may need to leave a credit card on file.
Abusive Behavior or Harassment
This is a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
Clients understand that any sexually suggestive remarks, comments, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session, at my discretion. Massage therapy is therapeutic in nature and is NO WAY SEXUAL. If any of these behaviors take place within this clinic setting, the RMT has the right to stop treatment and ask the Client to leave the premise. The Client will be held accountable for full payment of their session booked, in order to compensate for the time which was held exclusively on their behalf, as per the treating Therapist discretion.
A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, using recreational drugs or threatening the safety of the RMT.
